Technical Information

Dye designed to highlight the “Barret’s Epithelium” (esophagus), which predisposes the patient to the development of Esophageal Adenocarcinoma. The dye is also used in intragastric balloons in order to check for possible “leaks in the balloon” through the coloring of urine.
